A fully completed application form and a non-refundable Application / Assessment fee of AED 500 per student will need to be paid prior to sitting a placement assessment. Conditional offer letters may be granted when all other documents are in order, but an assessment is not possible at the time of application. In such cases, an assessment will still be necessary before starting class to determine appropriate placement. |

Consideration for enrolment is guided by the GWA Admissions Policy, and will be primarily based on the placement assessment, along with previous school records. However, there are several other factors that will be considered, not limited to but including the impact a student may have on the larger school community. |

Semester fees are due in full prior to the first day of school, unless a prior, mutual agreement is struck between the family and GWA Accounting Office. If a family wishes to hold a place for a student arriving after the start of the first term, semester fees will be determined according to the number of days the seat requires reservation. The reservation should be paid in advance and is non-refundable in the event of changed plans. |

GEMS World Academy Dubai reserves the right to refuse a child's place should school fees be unpaid. Payment of Term fees is due before students start attending classes. |

If a family wishes to withdraw their student(s) from the school a full term's notice in writing is required. If prior notice is not given, one term's fee will be charged. |
